2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes period
Each monthly drawing entry period runs from the 1st through the last day of the calendar month, inclusive (the "Entry Period"), Pacific Time.
4. How to enter
Method 1 — Referrals: Refer friends to DealFarmer by sharing your unique referral link. You receive one (1) entry for each friend who signs up and confirms their email during the Entry Period.
Method 2 — Free alternate entry: Mail a 3"×5" card with your full name, email address, mailing address, and the words "DealFarmer Monthly Drawing" to: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [PHYSICAL MAILING ADDRESS]. One entry per envelope. Envelope must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within 7 days after the Entry Period ends.
5. Prize
One (1) prize per monthly drawing. Approximate retail value (ARV) as stated at /referrals at the time of the drawing.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. A 1099-MISC will be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winner consents to Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial, and state of residence in winner announcements, unless prohibited by law.
10. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.
11. Release
By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. Disputes
Disputes will be resolved individually under California law. You waive any right to class actions.
13. Winner list
For a list of winners (available 30 days after each drawing), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: DealFarmer Winners List, [PHYSICAL MAILING ADDRESS].
