2. What DealFarmer does
We send you an email newsletter highlighting daily deals from retailers including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Target. Inclusion of a deal is not a recommendation that you buy it — it's just a notice that the deal exists.
3. Affiliate disclosure (required by FTC 16 CFR Part 255)
DealFarmer is reader-supported. Links to retailers in our newsletter and on this website are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.
4. No purchase obligation
You're never required to make a purchase to use DealFarmer. The newsletter is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
5. Prices and availability
Deal prices, discounts, and availability come from third-party sources and change rapidly — sometimes within minutes of our email being sent. We verify prices at the time of send but make no guarantee that a deal will still be available when you click. The retailer's listed price at time of purchase is final.
6. Sweepstakes
Some referral programs may offer prizes (vacations, gift cards). Each drawing is governed by separate official rules posted at /sweepstakes-rules. You must read and agree to those rules to enter.
7. Intellectual property
The DealFarmer name, logo, newsletter design, and website content are ours. Product images, names, and brand references belong to their respective owners. We use them under fair use for editorial/news purposes.
8. User conduct
Don't: misuse the unsubscribe link, scrape our emails or website, attempt to access admin areas without authorization, or use DealFarmer for unlawful purposes.
9. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, especially for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity. You can terminate by unsubscribing.
10. Disclaimers
DealFarmer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the newsletter will be free of errors. We're not liable for purchases you make from third-party retailers — your relationship with the retailer is solely between you and them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealFarmer's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DealFarmer harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter at least 14 days before they take effect.
